SHIPPING POLICY

Reflectworx Limited (“we”, “us”) operates this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. These are designed to ensure clear expectations and a smooth delivery experience.


PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.


DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland: 2–4 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–6 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays or customs processing.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.


CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.


P.O. BOX ADDRESSES

We can deliver to P.O. Box addresses using standard postal services.
Courier delivery may not be available for these locations.


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item in your order is out of stock:

  • We will contact you where possible
  • Or issue a refund for the unavailable item
  • The remaining items will still be shipped

DELAYS

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.


DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Include photos of the damage

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will:

  • Investigate with the courier
  • Provide a replacement or refund once confirmed

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch.
