RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order.
If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.


ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and not excessively handled
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


STARTING A RETURN

Please include your order number and reason for return.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order on arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure, contact us before purchasing.


EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, return your original order and place a new one once your return is approved.


EU COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must meet standard return conditions.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
